About this archive

Il Venditore di Sogni gathers the recovered writings of Franco Lalli (1898–1955), edited by Stefano Morello. Most materials were generously shared by Loretta Lalli Barsanti and the Franco Lalli Estate.

A note on method

Transcriptions of the original typescripts and printed sources were produced with a vision-language model (Qwen3-VL) and are reviewed and corrected on an ongoing basis; some errors will remain.

English translations from the Italian are machine-generated with OpenAI GPT-5.6. They are offered as a reading aid and are unrevised; they are not authoritative scholarly translations and should not be quoted as such. The Italian originals remain the texts of record.
